The ViEye is used in the industrial intelligent welding field and serves as the visual input for welding systems. Before welding, the ViEye, together with specialized software, can perform operations such as workpiece scanning, weld seam extraction, and weld seam planning. During welding, the ViEye can switch to a dynamic camera and perform weld seam tracking, achieving a dynamic and static integration. After the welding action is completed, the ViEye can serve as a detection tool and, together with the welding system, perform functions such as weld seam flatness inspection and dimensional deviation inspection.
The ViEye is used in industrial intelligent unloading and loading scenarios, serving as the visual input for the work system. It is powerful and features high precision, resistance to strong light, and a small size, making it an indispensable assistant for object positioning and grasping. It can perform functions such as item scanning, item positioning, size detection, and pose recognition. With the help of ViEye, users can easily complete path planning operations and perform workpiece grasping and item sorting actions according to the predetermined procedures.
The 3D Vision Intelligent Welding Application Platform is powered by a high-performance, high-precision ViEye camera. It features workpiece template import and matching, intelligent recognition of linear, curved, and groove weld seams, multi-view panoramic fusion, intelligent weld path planning, and customizable welding process libraries. It enables welding robots to perform fully automated intelligent welding with a single click.
The 3D Vision Intelligent Grasping Application Platform is built on a highly modular system architecture, with 3D stereo vision technology at its core. It provides visualized packaging and presentation of functional and algorithm modules such as image perception, image cognition, 3D modeling, positioning and guidance, pose estimation, hand–eye calibration, interface integration, and signal triggering. Users can flexibly call required modules from the built-in algorithm library based on their needs and independently complete tasks using the integrated Vizum’s camera system.
