Enhanced Guidance: Weld-Tracking Function
Beyond mechanical upgrades, the new ViEye achieves a software breakthrough with its dynamic weld-tracking function. Leveraging high-speed binocular stereo vision and deep recognition algorithms, it captures the weld seam’s front-end in real time, dynamically outputs weld path information at high frame rates and adjustable frequencies, and ensures precise torch tracking along the seam.

Whether for weaving or non-weaving welding, the system maintains highly stable tracking performance, greatly improving weld formation quality and consistency—realizing a true closed loop from static scanning to dynamic control.
Alongside MH Platform integration, also provides a comprehensive SDK, allowing users to directly invoke core functions such as weld tracking and corner detection without complex parameter setup—enabling rapid deployment and on-site use.

The ViEye Pneumatic Edition works in deep synergy with ’s self-developed MH Platform 2.0, an intelligent 3D vision welding application platform supporting template import, weld path planning, editing, and real-time tracking.
